Dame Dash and Kanye West have long mutual history behind them but things between them don’t look good now. In a recent interview with DJ Superstar Jay on Shade 45, Dame, along with Sen City, called out Kanye several times for not contacting Roc-A-Fella co-founder Kareem “Biggs” Burke when he was incarcerated. As Dame reminds us, Biggs played major role in the beginning of Yeezy’s career. Said Dash before he left he room:
Somebody call Kanye ask him if he lookedout for Biggs….I be seeing him spazzing out about bullsh*t spaz out over the fact that you’re not looking out for Biggs or his kid. That’s what you need to spaz out about. Holler at me Kanye.”
Shit just got real! On a press conference held recently in Washington DC for Floyd’s rematch with Marcos Maidana, Mayweather reignited the beef with T.I. When asked about TIP, Floyd said “He just mad I was f**king his b*tch“. Knowing the temper of the rapper from Atlanta this is not ending well.
Update: Two days later, Floyd addressed the situation via Instagram and clarified his words. Accroding to him, he at the press conference her said “he thinks I was f”cking his b*tch” istead of “I was f”cking his b*tch.”
At the press conference, I said “… he thinks I was f*cking his b*tch”. I DID NOT say “… I was f*cking his b*tch”. I’ve never been with Tiny sexually. I respect her situation and I thinks she’s a good person. I would never disrespect a marriage. #Mayhem on September 13th.

In case you tune in now, Total Slaughter is a reality show centered around battle rap created by Eminem, Shady Records and Slaughterhouse. A rap battle between Slaughterhouse’s Joe Budden and battle rapper Hollow Da Don has been a topic of discussion for a while now and the event finally went down over the weekend at the Hammerstein Ballroom, NYC.
Both emcees did pretty well but towards the end of the battle Budden become overwhelmed with booing from the crowd, eventually dropped his mic and refused to rap. Kanye West fans will know his rants get over the top occasionally. In one of his recent streams on consciousness at the 2014 Wireless Festivals, Ye compared being harassed by paparazzi to rape. Said the rapper:
I want to bring my family to the movies without 30 motherfuckers following me. Everybody here, they like sex right? Sex is great when you and your partner are like, ‘Hey, this is what we both want to do’. But if one of those people don’t want to do that, what is that called? That’s called rape. That is called violation. So if I walk around and say look sir, I’m not feeling so good today, I need some space, can you please not fuck with me today? I need cut-off space, not violation.”
In a segment of the Fox News program Outnumbered, actress Stacey Dash responded to the comments made by Kanye West and suggested he should spend some time on Rikers Island and find out what rape is first hand.
I don’t know if they mean it or not but for Kanye to say ‘rape,’ maybe he needs to spend some time on Rikers Island. Go to Rikers for a little while and then he’ll know what rape is. I don’t get celebrities not understanding that the paparazzi are doing their job.

Always there to give back to the community, the other day Meek Mill responded to a tweet by Philadelphia radio station Hot 107.9 and visited the scene of a fire that killed four children in Southwest Philadelphia. He tweeted out he will help and later appeared on the site. In addition to donating an undisclosed amount of money, the rapper also asked the Philly citizens to help as well. Said Meek:
I just wanted to come out and participate and bring my help to the families and everybody that took a loss in this situation, cause I be feeling like nine times out of 10 they never really use us in a way that it could benefit the community, so you know I come out and use myself… Only time I’m really on the news or on the radio it’s something about probation. I feel like I’m in a position [where] I could be able to help these people so easily, get donations and get things they need to help them with their losses right now so you know I’m gonna do it.”

RZA did most of the talk in this one.
Both MMG signees, Meek Mill and Wale have had some tense moments between them in the past and just when it looked like they settled their differences, the first erupted on Twitter. As you all know, Meek is currently promoting his pending sophomore album Dreams Worth More Than Money. And here comes the issue: the rapper feel like Wale is not supporting him unlike the rest of the label. Cuz I understand I don’t “fit the mold” so if I’m tryna spruce an interview up to show that we not tryn be “serious tough guys” on the red carpet Or try to be a bit more engaging to broaden our audience forgive me . I never wanted anybody to think we take ourselves THAT serious. (Were rappers )I don’t need to take anybody shine.. Or hate on anybody . I walk in a completely different world .. Where I look for slp jeans and Shanghai dunks online and know what “kayfabe” means. I check nbadraft.net daily . I’m on whatculture allll day I enjoy shyt like that. But one thjng I’m not is a hater.. I see Daquan jokes all day yesterday and patted myself on the back that I’m regarded as the aforementioned adjectives and not “Daquan”. I’m me and I’ll be me and do this shyt wit my “dew” till I don’t wanna do it. I encourage you to wake up soon as you find time. This was a post about #nothin”

Solange covered the August issue of Lucky magazine. In an interview with the media, she finally addressed her infamous elevator incident with Jay Z. However, her comment on the case was scarce and the actual reason for the physical contact between both artists remains unveiled. Said Solange:
What’s important is that my family and I are all good. What we had to say collectively was in the statement that we put out, and we all feel at peace with that.”
Back in 2012, there was a lot of tension between Common and Drake. You might call it beef or whatever you feel like it was, but there was definitely something going on between both artists, even though Drizzy never responded directly to the Chicago rapper after his disses on “‘Sweet” and “Stay Schemin (Remix).” Both buried the hatchet on the GRAMMY red carpet the same year yet the root of their feud was never revealed.
In a recent chat with Vlad TV, Common finally addressed what was the original reason of his friction with Drake and said it was all over his ex girlfriend Serena Williams. Watch video from the interview above
